Threaded Flange-

Threaded Flange is also known as Screwed flange, this type of flange has a thread inside the flange bore which fits with the matching thread of pipe or fittings. Socket-Weld Flange-

Socket-Weld Flanges are ideally used for smaller pipe diameter with low- temperature and low- pressure. In this, you place a pipe into the flange to form a connection, by welding them this process makes it easier to install than others.

Blind Flange-

A blind Flange method includes connecting pipes, valves & other required parts to form a piping system. They are usually welded or screwed. Bling Flanged joints are made by bolting together two Blind flanges with a gasket between them to provide a seal. Blind Flanges are used as a manhole covering in the vessel.

Weld Neck Flange-

Weld Neck Flanges are easy to access for cleaning, inspection, or modification. Weld Neck Flanged joints are formed by heating or by welding two weld neck flanges with a gasket between them to provide a seal. Weld Neck Flanges are usually welded or screwed.

Lap Joint Flange-

Lap Joint Flanges require butt welding of the stub end to the pipe or fitting with the use of a backing flange to create the flanged connection. They are not suitable for small sizes. Lap Flange provides connection flexibility as you can freely rotate the flange on the pipe.
